My small Strim light recently failed, and I miss it. I used the light a lot, and everything else I have seems too bright now. I would consider these if they used a remote instead of a phone.

Fair enough. I have a small covered porch with two builder grade, downward facing, open bottom wall lanterns, so they’ll be pretty well protected. These might be nice for cocktail hour, rather than bringing the little speaker I have on the kitchen counter out (and hoping it’s charged). I’m less concerned about using the light feature, since we don’t use the lights as it is, lest we want to attract all the bugs that we pray will stay swarming around the neighbor’s lit up front door.
I’ve been running into an annoying issue where I can try to use one media app with the speakers and another app starts to play.
Sometimes I just have to keep closing out of the unwanted app. Other times the wanted apps audio just won’t play on the speakers at all but the unwanted app will play over the speakers.
How am I supposed to know if I want this light bulb speaker until I’ve seen someone take it apart?

320 lumens is NOT equivalent to a 60watt bulb. A normal 60 watt bulb (or its LED equivalent) puts out 800 lumens.

@kbaum17 but if you double it (x 2 lightbulbs) you get 42.666666666, which is closer to 60w, making “them” a little less not correct.

Reading the reviews on Amazon, it seems these have issues working in stereo. Which is probably why they’re here …
