Nightmare Scenario: a back-to-school Meh-rathon
You’ve been in touch with your new roommate over the summer, divvying up who brings what.
You say you’ll bring the coffee machine, and your roommate is excited that you’re taking this on.
But when you unpack it on move-in day, your roommate looks perplexed. “What’s that for?”
“It’s a coffee machine,” you say.
“I said, we need a tomato-sauce-making machine,” says your roommate, and now you remember: that is what they said. And what’s more, in this dream, the idea of constant tomato sauce seems entirely necessary to the college experience.
“This isn’t going to work if you don’t listen!” your roommate shouts.
You wake in a panic.
You’ll have weird school-related nightmares your whole life. Braving the crowds to do some back-to-school shopping doesn’t have to be one of them. Stick around all day for deals tangentially related to the start of the school year!
Meh-rathon
What’s a Meh-rathon?
Normally, Meh is all about one deal per day—simple. But sometimes, we throw that out the window. A Meh-rathon is an all-day gauntlet of nonstop deals. One after another, untill we run out of stuff (or patience). It's chaotic. It's fun. It's a terrible way to shop responsibly. You've been warned.
