Boromir took a step outside the room to peer down the hallway, only for two crude black arrows to narrowly miss him, sticking fast to the battered wooden door.

Turning to the hobbits, Aragorn ordered them, “Get back, stand close to Gandalf!” Dropping his torch, he ran to the door next to Boromir, who continued to cautiously observe what approached them.

A horrid noise echoed heavily down the hallway, “You know what bothers me?”

As Aragorn and Boromir braced the doors, Boromir wryly commented, “They have a cave troll.”
