Have you ever heard the Tragedy of Darth Goofus the Very Unwise?

While acting as a prospective Sith master, Darth Goofus was surprisingly careful about revealing his full identity. Despite showing no hesitation toward bragging about it in-person when confronted with a situation where he might benefit from seeming imposing and intriguing, in his own mind, he displayed a small degree of caution regarding his online presence and recognizability. Over calls he would often employ a voice-changer. Video and hologram projections would obscure his face with shadows or a cloak. He used services that rendered his location untraceable. All-in-all, his methods would surprisingly fall in line with those of Sith Lords both preceding and following him.
Of course, he did also have verified “official” accounts on various HoloNet social media platforms openly claiming to be a Sith Lord, from which he would advertise himself and his services. But at least you couldn’t tell it was him specifically.
