Stay Toasty

Next week: Christmas! And the first day of Hanukkah! The week after that: New Year’s! And the last day of Hanukkah!

And after the week after that: Nothing. At least, for a while. Just day after cold desolate day, a stretch of grueling days totally devoid of cheer or joy.

In other words: it’ll no longer be the season to be jolly. Instead, it’ll just be… the season. As in: winter. And winter can be rough.

Which is why it’s a good time to hunker down and get cozy. Sure, you might make some resolutions about reversing all the seasonal indulgence, but when you’re not at the gym, you should do your best to stay as toasty as possible. Which means curling up snug as a bug inside your house.
