Will the last one to buy please turn out the lights?

What a long strange string of lights it’s been. We’ve had some grand old times, these American Lighting Hybrid Lights and us, shining days full of stupid jokes and empty threats. And today it ends, with our last remaining stocks of these flexible, durable, contractor-grade LED strip lights.

But unlike most of our inventory last gasps, in this case we’re left with the good stuff, not the dregs: 19-foot strands of Warm White bulbs and only 19-foot strands of Warm White bulbs.

Not only does that reduce the bewildering array of size/color options down to a single “yes” or “no” question, it’s kind of the ideal option. 19 feet is short enough for a bathroom or closet, big enough that chaining them together to cover a lot of area won’t be too annoying. With a dimmer switch (not included), Warm White is gentle enough for a bedroom, without losing that blinding brightness for bigger spaces.

(Let us reiterate: with a dimmer switch (not included). You will definitely need a dimmer switch for any purpose short of intentionally blinding your guests.)

Usually a product which survives this long has been rejected by buyers when the manufacturers had it the first time, and then sat there unpurchased through several rounds of Meh culling. That usually means we’re left with the purple speakers, or the women’s XXS t-shirts, or the Xbox-branded headphones.

But not this time. If you’ve wondered about buying these lights, it’s time to flick the switch or get off the pot. With 19-foot Warm White, they’re going out on a highlight.
