Two-Packs of Horror: An April Fools’ Meh-rathon
Josh’s pitch
An unspeakable horror. An ancient personal satchel. (It’s from the mid-80s.) Inside is everything you need to protect yourself, but only if you call the bag by its proper name. (It’s a fanny pack.) Your pride will be your downfall in… April Fools!
Sean’s pitch
When Jenny Hillman found the ancient coin in her new Oak and Reed Belt Bag, she thought it could be a neat good luck charm. Only when she brings it to the annual April Fools’ Day dance at her school does she realize it can grant wishes. The problem? The genie possessing it is willing to shed a little more blood in carrying out Jenny’s demands than Jenny would like. And once he has a taste for violence, is there any way to stop him? Find out in… April Fools!
We can all agree, April Fools’ Day is awful on the internet. So we decided, why not make April Fools’ Day more like Halloween? It’s simple. All day long, we’ve got two-packs of products and two pitches for April-Fools’-Day-themed horror movies based on said products. So stick around for great deals and, frankly, terrible movie ideas.
Meh-rathon
What’s a Meh-rathon?
Normally, Meh is all about one deal per day—simple. But sometimes, we throw that out the window. A Meh-rathon is an all-day gauntlet of nonstop deals. One after another, untill we run out of stuff (or patience). It's chaotic. It's fun. It's a terrible way to shop responsibly. You've been warned.
