I can’t believe you guys caught that. I was so distracted bc the kid looks a lot like my little brother at that age it’s scary.
Mine is super greasy and will stick together by sundown, even after a morning shower unless I’ve gotten a military cut.
But taking multiple showers a day will actually dehydrate my skin (by washing off the protective layer of oil that develops). So I’ve had to do the opposite of a shower cap and stick my head under a faucet/nozzle/hose to just do my hair.
I wet my hair every day and put conditioner in it everyday but wash it with shampoo? That only happens once a week in the winter and this time of year I’ll start to wash it twice a week bc it’s gets oily faster bc of the heat. Curly hair is a lot different than straight hair
Only in winter. In summer, I shower multiple times a day, so I don’t have to turn on the AC. (I usually just rinse off the sweat, but it sounded funny when I wrote,
'I wet myself multiple times a day.)
Starting with the left half: that lazy-eye ducky has hair problems. Those petals in the bubbles look awkward. That’s a lot of foam to get a rainbow going. The fern has a soap spigot. She’s day-dreaming of singing in a microphone/toilet brush while stabbing her head with an electric toothbrush.
On the right side: she’s soaking her towels in that shower, that candle has amazing staying power, she’s dreaming she’s entirely in a gentle rainfall shower, her third four-fingered hand is testing the water pressure, her clavicle goes over her shoulders. At least the plant is understandably dying from being over-watered.
No hair to wash.
Washing my hair is my main motivation to shower. After 24 hours it’s greasy enough to not easily bend.
Do you Shower everyy time you was your Hair?
I started going bald about ~30 odd years ago. Started shaving it all about two years later.
/showme ~30 odd years ago
@haydesigner Here’s the image you requested for “~30 odd years ago”
Does not look like me, but it’s kind of eerie how it generally captures most Americans’ childhood from the 70s through the 90s.
@haydesigner Why is the cartridge jammed into the top of a front-loader NES? AI still not ready for the world.
@haydesigner @PooltoyWolf there’s also a stack of what are clearly DVD cases next to the NES
@ddbelyea @haydesigner Yep I noticed that too!

@haydesigner It even has him in acid washed jeans.
@ddbelyea @haydesigner @Star2236 Ha!
@haydesigner @PooltoyWolf you want screwy AI, check out the thumbnail for this thread. I don’t even know where to begin uncorking my complaints
I consider it hair but it’s probably just a crutch to make me feel better.
Nope. Shower daily, wash hair every other day. Shower cap to keep it dry and out of the way.
Absolutely. If I don’t, it turns into a greasy mess!
Yup.
Yep. If nothing else because the scalp massage feels good.
It’s really not good for your hair. I only wash my hair once or twice a week tops.
@BergyD depends on your hair type.

I wash my scalp every time I shower. There’s not a lot of hair to speak of…

Every 3-5 days, depending on my activity level, the humidity, and how long ago a had my last haircut.
No one’s going to talk about the thumbnail?
