What are these things?

Well, they’re lights that are also powerbanks, that also can flicker like lanterns, and, oh, did we mention they each have a built-in bluetooth speaker and are waterproof?

It’s funny. We often mock products that combine disparate features. Your pod coffee machine with a built-in bluetooth speaker, or your portable blender that’s also a powerbank, or what have you. And yet, we don’t feel any desire to make fun of this at all.

Because Incipio didn’t just stop at two random features. They kept adding more and more until finally even a bunch of jaded commerce crazies like us had to just shrug our shoulders and say, “Jeez, you know, just about anyone could find a use for these.”

Like, let’s say you’re doing a project in the basement, and you need some light. This would be great. And then, if you’re reading instructions for said project on your phone and the battery starts getting low, you can plug it right in.

Or, let’s say you have a few friends over to sit out on the deck and have a couple drinks. You could turn on the flicker mode as the sun goes down, listen to music on the speaker, and again, use the powerbank to keep your phone alive.

Or, you could be in the basement doing the work, and your roommate or spouse or whoever could be on the deck enjoying the flickering ambiance/music/convenient charging at the same time. Because this is a two-pack.

This all makes for a great random secondary gift or a super-sized stocking stuffer.
