Long story short? You’d be able to pull 5amps out completely safely if this was just an 18650 (and they’d let you pull the battery, label it as a “single cell charger” and charge you more for it if it was)

Another bad memory bad purchase… these things completely lose their charging ability even when they’ve NEVER been opened or used. I opened one new and it’d only work when it was plugged in, but even if you kept it charging for a week, it wouldn’t work 1 second once you unplugged it!
