@mossygreen i've been tossing around the idea of taking some old Palm Touchstones and making them Qi, or building my own Qi that is similar. This seems like an excellent place to start. For only $5 i'm sure I can find SOMETHING to do with them
@p3dal Qi is a wireless charging system that is used by phones such as the Nexus 5, which I use. You can get coils for it pretty cheap online, and install them into things, so that things can become wireless charging points for your phones :-)

Could someone smarter than me explain to me why I would want a cell phone stand with a cord? I actually cannot picture the use for these even after the photos and a lazy read of the description.
Do they somehow work in cars that normal phone holders fail in? Do they serve some need? Tell me so meh can take money.
