I’ve been patiently waiting since September 7, 2014 - but, sigh, I guess it’s not going to happen.
Actually, I received it promptly and I’m still using it daily - a great MEH deal!

We accidentally canceled 315 very old orders and sent a cancelation email to 315 now very confused customers. We’ll get it straightened out so these relics still show up in your order history.
