wired apple, they actually somehow (mostly) stay in my ear better than others and the sound quality is good, and i don’t loose them because they have wires.
The ones that come with my Samsung phone, Anker if I need to buy a new pair for some reason. I listen to podcasts, so sound quality isn’t as important as for music.
I have wireless Samsung since they were cheap when I was getting a watch, but my go-to brand is Shure. Their cheap IEMs have excellent quality and balance. I’ve seen some good reviews of some newer brands if I ever need to replace them, but I’m satisfied with the performance of both. Though I hear that the newer AirPods can do Atmos head tracking for high format surround, so that’s kinda tempting.
My go-to earbud brand was Sony until they closed all their stores. Then I switched to Bose. Although I like the sound, the batteries tend to fail and no longer hold a charge on any of the Bose devices I have. Also when I was working from home my manager complained that they picked up the sounds the the birds outside my window and kept telling me to go on mute. I needed good noise cancellation due to my noisy neighbor, so after much research decided to get Airpods, in spite of not being an Apple fan. I must say the sound quality and ANC has been great.
More recently for work I purchased a Naztech N750 Emerge Wireless Mono Headset from SideDeal, which is akin to the Plantronics Voyager 5200 and BlueParrott M300-XT, neither of which I liked. I use this at work in the office now and it’s actually been fabulous. Even though I wear glasses it’s comfortable enough to keep on all day. It holds a charge all day too. The sound is crystal clear and I haven’t had any connectivity issues. Yay.
I’ve never found any (& yes I’ve tried a few) that fit my apparently weird ear canal…but I bought my Mrs. a set from Skull Candy for her birthday, and she just loves them.
I don’t like ear buds. They’re uncomfortable.
I have some AKG over the ear headphones that came with my Samsung Note 9, which are really good. I’ll stick with over the ear headphones.
JLab. They allow only 1 ear to be synced while the other is in the box. So I get to listen to music at work and still get to hear chats or the phone ringing.
@ahacksaw I do this too but sometimes I do like the Nosie canceling my JBL in ear’s have. Hearing aids are a PITA but being able to stream to them from my phone is kind of nice.
I use this for working out, and it’s the only earbud variation I use.
I live alone, have BT speakers around my house/on my bike, and use Android Auto in my vehicle. If I’m walking to a nearby shop or restaurant, I prefer to take in my surroundings and let my mind wander; it’s quite good for your brain, specifically for building and storing long-term memories.
Sony for the prices I can justify right now.
@yakkoTDI Indeed. I have the Sony ‘open back’ ear buds and acually really like them, i know others did not care for them.
Raycon!
I don’t go to ear buds…
The ones at 5 Below

Although I do enjoy my Anker’s that I got in a BOC, Sennheiser is, hands down my favorite headphone brand for earbuds or cans.
Mpow.
Cheap, reliable, and decent enough sound that I can’t justify spending more for a different brand.
SHOKZ OpenRun Pro. Allows me to be aware of surroundings while listening in private.
Jabra 75t
Hand me downs from my son, complete with ear wax.

Samsung buds
Mostly my hearing aids, through which I can stream from my phone. But when I do use ear buds, I like my Jabra Sport ones.

AIWA Clear Plus - awesome!
WORKER BEES! HERCULES! TURKEY GREASE! AWESOME!

Sony or Sennheiser!
I prefer Jabra, Bose, and/or Sony.
Belltone!
Whatever’s on sale on Meh.
I demand to know where TOCCs are on the list…
“bluetooth modo has been opened” indeed…
Headphones.
I don’t care if I look like the deranged love child of Princess Leia and Jabba the Hut on the treadmill, those things stay in place.
@pakopako Yes.
