Times sure have changed! As a guy, Yoga used to be where your gal friends would go to waste the day stretching out and getting “fit” for the both of you. Now days, take a look at the “shorter” yoga sessions on youtube(Adult). They look like more “teasing” sessions than exercise to me. After hundreds and hundreds of hours “studying” these video’s, I’m pretty sure I’m right. It’ll take some more research to be sure though.
Used to have Aqua Yoga and honestly I think it was the best thing for older muscles and joints. It stopped when the pool closed during Covid plus I temporarily relocated.
I think it was the best thing for an “older” person to keep joints and muscles working because the warm pool water helps support you in the yoga poses.
Not as fun as Say Ga.
@lonocat Cats are yoga masters!

Press 3 for awkward breathing.
I feel like I could crush the corpse pose without becoming a corpse first.
I am unable to get into any of the yoga poses. Yoga = impossible
Fun to watch
Greek style is best, especially with berries.
Funny cartoon bear with his sidekick Boo Boo.
@heartny I liked the quotable baseball manager, myself.
“The future ain’t what it used to be.”
@Kyeh Also, one of my favorites, “It’s like déjà vu all over again.”
@heartny Yes, that’s really become the most famous, I think. But the one I quoted just struck me as … timely.

Seems like a great idea. But it requires effort.
