  Maybe they are fatigued by all the fish puns and plan to buy our brand to use it themselves?
  
  Perhaps they saw the crap we sell and knew that legal defense angainst angry consumers was going to be a primary focus?
  
  But most likely they add as many areas as they think are defensible and will be approved without really sweating how it’ll sound to laymen years later.

Oh, I didn’t care it wasn’t trademarked…I guess it is very Meh indeed to not have already fucking capitalized on every possible combo using MEH in a shirt or saying is my point.

And the trademark doesn’t matter. Folks use lawyers all the time just to screw with competitors.

I find it interesting how close to the real Meh font the creator came without actually using the Meh logo. I mean there are definite distinct differences (first and foremost being that the real Meh is a script font) but stylistically they are very similar. With the many thousands of fonts available I just find it curious that they ended up so similar.
