Fuko seems like a kids toy manufacturer, (like whamo) but for grown ups. . .really tho, what the fuck does all this mean?
It’s basically a random bag of stuff of varying value, offered randomly throughout the year. It’s highly coveted, extremely hard to get, and normally sells out in less that 2 minutes when offered.
There are two flavors: Fukubukuro (lucky) and Fukobukuro (unlucky). I think Meh is only offering the ‘o’ variety from here on in. That said, they still can have pretty great stuff in them. I recommend searching the forums for the reveal threads to get a better idea of what they can contain. But mostly they contain disappointment.
the difference being, if you are able to buy its(around 100,000+ people try for less than 600 offers) you get somethings(generally 3-6 things)
you generally get at least 1 item of decent value(anything from a tv stick to a roomba)
Dissatisfaction and unhappiness is almost guaranteed though.
