It used to be Sunday while not looking forward to Monday, but now I am retired! It is often hard to tell which day is which, although I am keeping fairly busy.-Thanks for asking!
I’m on a big roll now
Except for Monday, which was never good anyway
Tuesday, I get a little side ways
Wednesday, I feel better just for spite
Thursday and Friday take too long
Before I know it, Saturday’s gone
But it’s Sunday now and you can bet that I’m all right
@katbyter@Tadlem43 Wonderful song writer, vocalist, DRUMMER ( many don’t remember that). I’m still mad at her for her not taking better care of herself. We were probably deprived of many additional very memorable songs.
I remember reading in the book Marathon Man the narrator said that if something bad was going to happen it would be on a Thursday. I often found this to be true and many of my co-workers agreed. For a while Tuesday became very Thursday-like, but then Thursday went back to being Thursday again.
None. Not sure if it’s because I don’t hate my job, I am just as busy with with chores and errands on non-work days, I get up early every day, I don’t have enough fun on days off, or all of the above.
Wednesday because for some reason that is when EVERYONE wants to schedule their meetings. My dance card is always full and I am frequently double or triple booked at times.
Tuesday. Because Monday is when everyone is still tired from overdoing on the weekend. On Tuesday, everyone is at full speed and everyone at work is my customer.
@accelerator I agree Tuesdays. But that is because on Monday everyone is talking about what they did on the weekend. Wednesday everyone goes around saying “Hump Day!”. Thursday people are talking about their plans for the weekend. Friday, well, clock watchers are waiting for the end of shift so they can start their weekend, and they won’t stop talking about that.

@andyw Same - they are all Saturdays to me now.
(BTW, I’ve always wondered why Saturn got his own day, given that he was mostly noted for eating his children.)
Friday. I work both jobs back to back, so I’m awake from 4:30 pm - 10 am the next morning. It’s a very long day.
@fatterinperson Gee whiz, I hope your circumstances improve very soon! That is a tough schedule.
The part of those lyrics that crack me up

Never buy a car made on a Monday.
@hchavers How about Friday cars?
/youtube carpenters Rainy days and Mondays
@phendrick And, of course, rainy Mondays are the absolute worst.
@phendrick Wonder how things might have been different for her if she’d stayed at the drums.
@katbyter @phendrick She was an incredible talented young lady… gone far, far too soon! Such a sad ending.

Any day you have to set an alarm.
Any day that’s not a mehrathon
Lately, it’s any day that ends in “y”

Continuing the song trend
I have to say Friday because I look back at the week and realize how many things I was supposed to get done.
Workday. I can think of better things to do with my time.

@heartny I guess I’m never going to go to the dentist on a Thursday now!
/youtube just another manic monday
@2many2no I like The Bangles. “Hazy Shade of Winter” is exquisite! And the iconic “Eternal Flame”.

‘This must be Thursday,’ said Arthur to himself, sinking low over his beer. ‘I never could get the hang of Thursdays.’
Wednesday because for some reason that is when EVERYONE wants to schedule their meetings. My dance card is always full and I am frequently double or triple booked at times.
Why hasn’t Ohio said anything? What are they up to?
Thursdays because Arthur Dent knows of what he speaks. But then Friday because I always got fired on Fridays.
@katbyter LOL. That’s great.
