Will Meh copy Subway and offer this next?
5This makes a tattoo seem like no big deal.

Anyone tempted should factor in the cost of clean up when graffiti artists insist on tagging you incessantly.

@blaineg @ircon96
For life(*).
*The life of this promotion. We’ll get bored with it soon, and renege on the deal.
@blaineg Not to mention 2000 people could change their name but only one “wins”.
@blaineg @Kidsandliz It appears that the name change is not a prerequisite for entering the contest, merely a requirement that must be met to collect the prize.
@blaineg Worth noting that when I tried to click through to the full official terms & conditions, I got a ‘page not found’.
No temptation here. I like my new name better than I like their food anyway. Yes, I’ll eat there, but I’ll also cheerfully remain just a customer.
I really hope someone living day to day takes them up on this.
“Let’s see how Subway O’Connell is doing…oh, the LAPD trashed your tent and all your belongings? Hahaha but at least you have free lunch!”
Not going on a tangent in how/why… But US immigration messed up my name and my middle/first names swapped when I came to US.
I never liked my middle name so hate it now being my first. I’ve always said if I take the trouble to switch my name back I’m going to do away with my annoying middle name and replace it with something silly.
I would happily switch my middle name to “subway” or “meh” or “whatever” for a semi-decent offer. I want to scrap my middle name for something silly anyway.
@OnionSoup I was thinking, if they insist on it being the first name, the winner could start signing things with the first initial “S” before the rest of their normal name. It can sound really classy, as in F. Scott Fitzgerald. Not many people know the “F” stands for FedEx.
@OnionSoup
@ircon96 that’s exactly what I do. And anything that calls for full first and last I include my middle too (as what is now my official middle name is what I consider my real first name)
