Kitchen. I already have it mostly planned out. Now it’s about the money… Plus doing the bathrooms first since I already have most of the supplies in the garage.
Every room in the house. No seriously. The house was last decorated in the late 1960’s so it definitely needs some work. The kitchen, for instance, is painted guacamole green. Not kidding.

really a tossup between the kitchen and bathroom, but i went bathroom. between a crappy landlord’s special vanity & medicine cabinet, and the peel and stick “tiles” stuck on top of carpet which is glued to god knows how many layers of linoleum (except they only “tiled” over half the carpet - it’s just plain carpet under the tub, with a piece of vinyl fake molding/trim nailgunned to the floor at the transition)…and the three different wall types (two types of stucco and then some kind of shower surround material nail gunned to the wall, wallpapered, and then the top half painted over the wallpaper [nobody even tried to paint behind/around the tub], plus a chair rail that only goes around half the room)…
the kitchen has the same carpet which is a nightmare (especially because it was far from new when i moved in) and the fridge needs replacing, but i feel like reno’ing the bathroom is just slightly higher up the list. (my imaginary list of course, since i’m not doing it myself and i have little hope of my LL ever getting around to things he promised when we moved in.)
In the middle of half remodeling our kitchen. Keeping the ceramic tile and cabinets. Got new appliances and the counter/backsplash will be installed next week.

Already added the sun room and redid the bathrooms. Next is the carpeting in the living room converted to wood flooring. Maybe next year.
My kitchen remodel was finished last week… still putting things back in order. Wouldn’t mind the upstairs bathrooms getting a remodel now.
My kitchen and main bathroom both need it. The rest of the house just needs new floors.
I dream of some day also building a carport with a deck on top of it, but that is just a dream that may never happen.
