@Mehrocco_Mole I also have pretty much one functioning ear. I wear a wireless headset most of the time in my good ear, which means I can’t hear people talking to me as well when it’s in. Which can be a good thing…
@unksol “True wireless” refers to technology that has tiny music gremlins inside, beating a small drum at the correct frequency to induce the desired sounds.
AsI have said in these discussions before, I have never met an ear bud that stays in. I use headphones or over the ear light bud-like headphones. I don’t need wireless, tru or false.
Bring back the old woot 99 cent earbuds that were wired to each other and the device and had cool pictures on the ends. Oh and they sounded pretty good too!
I have a set I love with wires. I would lose 1 without wires too easily. I also have troubles finding buds that stay in, the wired set I have are the only ones. Battery lasts long enough for my days needs
Again with the discrimination against those of us with only one functional ear.
@Mehrocco_Mole What?
@Mehrocco_Mole You get 2 for the price of one. If you want to give one ear bud a break, use the other one.

Wired. With the wires connecting the buds, and the buds wired to the device. With wires.
@shahnm yes! preach it!
@cenots
@shahnm I’m in that cult, I mean club too! No loss of earbuds, no loss of charge and mic built in-hell yes!
@Goofmont There’s also something to be said for audio quality…
@shahnm Totally. It’s not like I’m going to be using headphones while I’m a long distance away from them.
Fully wired, preferably with a detachable, replaceable cord.
The 1 with 2… cause there r 2…
I do not understand the question. It’s either wireless to the the device or its not. What moron created “tru wireless”

@DVDBZN oh… So that’s what all they noise is…
Must… O…bey…
@DVDBZN cyberman… Coming
@DVDBZN @unksol EXTERMINATE!!
@DVDBZN @tweezak well played.
Headphones
Wires are so Heavy Metal, even without the Loc-Nar.
@hchavers It’s my Loc-nar!
AsI have said in these discussions before, I have never met an ear bud that stays in. I use headphones or over the ear light bud-like headphones. I don’t need wireless, tru or false.
Wire you asking?
Wired together stays together. Not as easy to lose one.
earbuds make my ears hurt. headphones do too, but to a much lesser extent, so I stick with them when I need to
I have never tried fake wireless earbuds, but I bet they would find some way to get caught on som–
YOU GODDAMNED DOOR HANDLES STOP LAUGHING AT ME!!!
Well, I’m sleepy and I stepped in cat vomit this morning, so I picked the not true wireless option. Honestly, I like my AirPods.
true wireless, unless I’m outside, don’t want to lose them if they fall outta my ears.
Bring back the old woot 99 cent earbuds that were wired to each other and the device and had cool pictures on the ends. Oh and they sounded pretty good too!
Speakers. I like the whole room to vibrate. And I play my Les Paul through a Marshall amp, too.
@olperfesser
I see no benefit to wires aside from having one thing to lose instead of two.
My left ear always has issues with the buds falling out, haven’t found a brand that fits well yet. With the wired ones I won’t lose one while on a run
