What's worth watching?
3We have had Amazon Prime and Netflix for a long time already. We recently got Disney+ and we are talking about getting CBS All Access.
What’s worth watching in Disney+ (besides the Mandolorian) and on CBS (besides the two Star Trek shows)?
I don’t mean movies. We don’t have time for a lot of movies.

The Imagineering Story on Disney+ is fantastic if you have even the slightest interest in the parks, maybe even if you don’t.
@Ignorant This show is fantastic. It’s amazing to see how resilient Disney has been over the years.
Have a question, you don’t have time for movies but you have time to sit and watch whole series? What is the difference?
@star2236 I’m guessing that .5-1hr slots are easier than 1.5-2hrs to come by.

Yep. Time slots.

I watched Can’t Hardly Wait on CBS all access. But that’s a movie. It definitely gave me so many nostalgia vibes.
I didn’t know that they were remaking Stephen King’s The Stand for all access. I’m really annoyed because I’m going to want to watch that show whenever that comes out. But I’m going to go cancel my CBS after this trial is up.
Netflix: Ozark, Outlander, Dexter, Our Planet, Shameless
Prime: Marvelous Mrs Maisel, Jack Ryan, Eureka, Dead Like Me, Band of Brothers, The Pacific, Catastrophe, Goliath
CBS: Twilight Zone, ST, Picard
@mydrivec for Prime add Warehouse 13 and Defiance
@mydrivec
Thank you for the bolding.

For Prime, don’t forget Bosch, The Closer, and The Larry David Show.
Netflix: Broadchurch, The Sniffer, Silver Spoons, Borderliner, The Method
The problem with Disney series is the vast majority of its TV shows are for kids. I enjoyed the Mandolorian but it can not compete with the likes of The Boys, The Watchmen and dozens of other shows on other streaming services. I see the Clone Wars gets high marks but have not seen it. Netflix, Prime and Hulu are way better services for adults.
All the Disney movies right now are either remakes or they are doing the same thing just changing the people place and songs to have the kids watch it. The last 3 series were just like each other just different kinds of demons, good girls and boys then songs.
@tracymac7 I mean, isn’t that MOST shows???
Nobody mentioned the Blacklist, Blood Drive, Counterpart, Creepshow, Harley Quinn, Kidding, Los Espookys, the Orville, the Outsider, NOS4A2, the Rookie, Star Wars Rebels, Warrior, and Westworld yet.
@bmf
Are these Disney +?
@jst1ofknd Only SW Rebels. Blacklist & Brooklyn 99 are on NBC, Blood Drive on Syfy, Counterpart on Starz, Creepshow on Shudder, Harley Quinn on DCU, Kidding on Showtime, Los Espookys, Outsider, and Westworld on HBO, the Orville on Fox, NOS4A2 on AMC, the Rookie on ABC, and Warrior on Cinemax. Maybe some are on netflix or az prime.
Orvillle on Hulu. And Handmaids Tale!!!
