What's a little hair?
12Look, we all need haircuts right? You’re probably thinking about doing it this weekend even. How about shaving a sweet Meh logo on to your noggin instead of a sensible adult haircut? Might be turn out awesome, it might turn out terrible. At least it isn’t permanent like some people here that got tattoos, plus it gives you a reason to rock that bitchin’ bandana you’ve been saving.

I don’t give a good god-crap about my hair and I love y’all… but I have my limits.
Funny timing… Just today my better half suggested that we cut each others’s hair this weekend. I was thinking “Well, that’s very trusting of you!” Though something tells me she wouldn’t find it quite as funny as I would.
If I could figure out how to do a good job of it. And take a picture of it… I’m not sure I’m that talented.

@sammydog01 hmmm I hadn’t considered shaving the drunk guy/girl. I think that scares me more. Maybe if a dog. Cats will fuck you up.

@lisaviolet yep. I had my hair almost to my knees. I recently cut it about 3" longer than yours.
That was really upsetting and won’t be shaving it.
Should of asked me when I was in high school and had an undercut before it was cool.
@lisaviolet @RiotDemon Mine used to be beyond my waist. I got it cut when right prior to the job season for when I was done with school. After the first cut I said, “I’ve changed my mind can I glue it back?”. I find longer hair easier to deal with, but professionally I need to keep it shorter based on expectations in my field. When I worked on boat and took people camping for a living I’d really only have to wash the top 6 or 8 inches and dust off the rest. Braided it was really easy to wash it in a bucket or with a cup pouring water over it (how we had to do it typically in those jobs).
As it is I don’t do much with it other than wash it. comb it out, and let it air dry. End of story. I get it cut whenever I in Houston as the person at the medical center does a fantastic job and it is a perk of being treated there. It desperately needs cut now but won’t get cut until June. If those apts don’t get canceled due to the pandemic and if the beauty parlor is open (it isn’t right now) that is.
Last time I got a short cut, people thought I had cancer and offered me wigs and encouragement. To be fair it was shorter than I wanted. I don’t think I will intentionally try that cut again.
Current hair is a few inches below the shoulders. I will suffer through until it is long enough to donate. I have thick hair that takes forever to dry. I prefer short wash and go easy hair.
For some reason my mother strongly disapproves of long hair on adult women
? Whenever my sister or I have hair down below our shoulders she starts in on us - “WHEN are you going to get your hair cut?” And when it’s short, “OH, your hair looks so good!”

@cinoclav Haha, nope - but her “beau” (seems weird to say boyfriend for a man in his 80s) keeps his hair nice and short, as did my dad. I guess it’s just something about hair!
I’ve been saying this weekend my wife gets one shot at cutting it for me, then I get to do it after.
She’s never cut hair before so a “Meh” is very likely…
