What should I put on my NFC ring?
1I recently purchased a ring with an NFC tag embedded in it. It has an RFID chip on one side that I use to unlock my phone (and can be programmed for my door locks at work) and an NFC tag on the other. I can’t decide what I want to put on the NFC chip. I’m thinking business card details would be the most practical, but that seems boring. I have 1K of space to work with. Anyone have any ideas?

Just a thought - if you have your phone unlockable by rfid chip, or other external device, and you are arrested, the cops can legally use a physical device - rfid chip, fingerprint, etc - to unlock your phone and go fishing.
If you have a passcode and no bypass devices, they cannot legally force you to divulge the passcode.
The government already has the ability to bypass any lock you put on your electronic devices. If they want the info bad enough, they have a way of getting it. I have nothing to hide in the first place. They can fish all day long and all they will find is all the public places I have put up DickButt stickers.
But I’m using a built in feature of Android called SmartLock. The phone has a passcode/pattern/face recognition in place, and the selected NFC/RFID/Location/WiFi network bypasses the lock. If my ring isn’t within 15mm of the NFC coil on my phone, the passcode will act as if normally would.

I don’t know why, but now I’m remembering using Android before they introduced facial recognition, and the reactions after they introduced it to how it could be bypassed.
Now Smart Lock has trusted voice, trusted face, trusted devices (what you’re using), trusted places, and On-body detection.
It’s fun how technology when incorporated into other technology.
Putting a playable version of Doom is the obvious choice.
I have No Fricken Clue (NFC) what you should put on your NFC ring.

Credit card in case you lose your wallet and phone?
Business cards, naturally, and perhaps some Haiku.
@PocketBrain I think that’s going to be the end result. It’s boring, but practical.
@Willijs3
Haven’t you ever heard the saying:
The practical thing is never the reasonable thing ?
