What is the secret?
3What is the secret to buying a INSTANT REGRET KIT? Every time it’s ever offered and I’m ready for it by the time I’ve proven I’m a real person it’s sold out. This has been a problem for as long as Meh has offered them. Always sold out in ten seconds. What can a poor boy do? At this point I expect it to be crap but I don’t care. I just want to know the secret. What do they sell just one at a time?

Try a different device? I never got one on an old phone, but I can usually get them with my current phone.
Also, use Google more often so you don’t get stuck with the photo captchas.
Beep beep boop boop. (I assume if you failed CAPTCHA you now understand Robot.)
They sell them 100 at a time and I usually get mine on my desktop. The second the timer is running out i start mashing on the meh.com logo until I see the yellow bag.
I was just about to try a different device and then IT happened, I GOT ONE!! Just keep trying, it’ll happen! Good luck!
@AudioJoad I’ve purchased two of them now, and I have to say…you are absolutely better off without an IRK or a Fuko. Buy lotto tix or hire a bargain-basement assassin to take out your irritating brother-in-law.
Words to live by!
@UncleVinny You can buy a hitman for $5?
@blaineg some outlets have Discount Tuesdays, where off-brand smoke-damaged assassins available to hire at craaaaazy prices!
In the minute building up to the item change, logout. Refresh. Login. Refresh. Buy.
That’s my story.
@sarahsandroid Logging out is a thing at Woot but I haven’t logged out at Meh in forever.
I set a timer to go off a few seconds before the deal changes, refresh manually when the timer hits 0, if the price is 5.00. Click buy…don’t wait for the image.
No CAPTCHA when I use my laptop over my phone, but method is proven effective for me. .
You may have failed CAPTCHA but on the upside, you’re less of a human.
Make sure your saved billing address matches exactly to what is printed on your paper billing statement otherwise the process isn’t instantaneous and you’ll have to reach out to CS to approve (which they will if it wasn’t a timed/limited quantity sale).
Turnover much more information to the Brin Page Corporation so they can make even more money off of you.
Make sure you’re logged in, don’t let the page auto refresh, and learn the timer (for some people it’s instant, I used to have to wait a three count after a deal expires to avoid just getting the old deal with a too late button). Don’t forget to click the check box, and hope you don’t have to identify pictures of crosswalks or baby sea turtles.
LUCK
I order just enough from Meh and the other sites to warrant a 5.00/mo free shipping membership. It cuts down having to check off one more box. The shipping preference box.
Also, if you pay attention you can get a feel for about when the next one is coming up. Sign out and in again, sometimes, rarely but sometimes they won’t even make you do the captcha. Though, and I might be wrong here, but if you are not a member I think you always have to do the captcha.
And be quick. Very very quick. Use an ethernet cable for just a bit more of an edge. wifi is just a tad slower imo.
Greetings, new robot friend. In time you will come to accept your robotic ways.
@Dakini as far as I know you always have to do the captcha. Whether that involves just checking a box or identifying chihuahuas and muffins is out of Meh’s hands and up to Google’s AI.
Please realize CAPTCHA is a fellow robot like you.
@djslack There have been times I did not have to. It might have been when I had just logged in, can’t say for sure, but I have been surprised by the lack of it.
@Dakini @djslack This is hilarious.
I thought the consensus was Thor.
Make an offering to Thor.
