What is the current turn-around time for CS response?

I know meh is working under CoViD 19 staffing, but does anyone have an idea what the turn around time is to get a response. I tried to drop 2 different messages to CS using the link from my order and the CS link at the bottom of the webpage, but so far no answer ( and YES… I did check my spam folder)(
Trying to find out what is going on with my FRAAS VERSATILE ALL SEASON BLANKET WRAP SCARVES order. It still shows “processing”… Guess I may have to get some flowers for Mother’s Day instead…

Honestly, right now, it’s a minimum of about 5 business days. We’re busting our asses trying to get that lower, but this whole covid thing has been bananas for CS.

- @ChadP OK… If I might make a suggestion… get someone from IT to change the notice from “expect a response in one business day” to something like “expect a response in 5-7 business days…”

always have gotten back to me in a day to fix a problem.

this time took about 5 days, but they fixed it just the same… just took a little longer.
