I wish I liked clothing shopping more, but since stores seldom stock anything in tall sizes, and all mall options included a blast of migraine inducing perfume, and I learned early on to hate it.
I hate shopping for eye glasses. Costco was easier as they were not overpriced and, even better, they had a much smaller number of frames to choose from so the decision was easier! BTW, they have lasted at least 5 years which is far longer than most.
@TheAlmighty1 Agreed. The last couple I have had to do sight unseen. Scary. This one has foundation problems which I discovered when I got out of bed after a heavy rain and water squished between my toes on the rug. Currently solved by pulling up the rug and a dozen or so towels stuffed there plus all the furniture legs are sitting in plastic containers to keep them dry in the rain. Hoping to get a job out of state so not worth moving.
@TheAlmighty1 Buying my house was actually ~much~ easier than buying my Jeep. Only looked at 1 house, looked at oodles of vehicles before picking the Jeep.
@bluedog For cars, I swear by Consumer Reports. Well worth the $5 magazine to see the pros and cons, pricing, packages etc. all listed out for your consumption. I HATE walking into a purchase without a gameplan.
I hate shopping for anything that will last longer than a month. I have buyer's remorse on just about everything. My Prius is a notable exception.
Everything. Well, except for the crap on here of course.
Phine plans. Talk about double dealing.
Swimsuits and undergarments.
@katbyter It's embarrassing when you get them mixed up, isn't it?

Shopping for a place to live... buying or renting.

@no1 You've come to the right site my friend!
@no1 This is where the, "we're all adults who by our own crap, let's go out for dinner or something instead." rule plays a part.
