Why was water not an option?
Water to take my Pils. Plus I have a bottle sitting by my bed to take a Sip during the Middle of the night.
Plus during the day I try to drink either a GatorAid/ Pedolyte for the electrolytes that you need!
I don’t do Coffee,Tea, energy drink or even Soda (I can’t it give me gas & it comes out the wrong way/end)
Coffee. Black. Hot.
Maybe some salt if its yesterday’s coffee
Really the flaw here is assuming I sleep .
But thanks for alerting me tbe calendar rolled.
And yes if I ever have kids they will see TNG. And I will bother them with this phrase it till I die. As only a good father would
A hot shower. Other fluids do not help.
Water when I wake iced coffee with breakfast and if I’m really tired cause I didn’t sleep the night before a monster at work. Then water the rest of the day and a glass of whole milk at dinner.
