What do you do to relax?

In an attempt to inject some fun and whimsy back into the forum I thought it might be helpful to discuss what we do to disconnect and de-stress during these difficult times.

Do you run, paint, throw clay or other breakable objects, scream, etc???

I like to take time to meditate in the middle of the day. It helps me clear my head and de-stress. A couple of times during guided meditation I nearly fell asleep! Woops!!
