What do you do to relax?
8In an attempt to inject some fun and whimsy back into the forum I thought it might be helpful to discuss what we do to disconnect and de-stress during these difficult times.
Do you run, paint, throw clay or other breakable objects, scream, etc???
I like to take time to meditate in the middle of the day. It helps me clear my head and de-stress. A couple of times during guided meditation I nearly fell asleep! Woops!!

I enjoy laying on the couch, playing my phone game obsession d’jour (recently I am addicted to Match 3D) and listening to whatever audiobook I have downloaded from the library (libby/overdrive, whatever) site onto my phone. Love it.
Stay away from political discussions. lol
Recently, we’ve started going outside in the evening, laying back in our chairs and watching satellites going over.
@lisaviolet nice! Couple of weeks ago I saw some strange orbs on the sky at dusk. Turns out they were the Google Loons. It was a bit creepy!!
Going for a walk works for me - I should do it more often.
Animal Crossing
Riding my bicycles.
Disconnecting from my phone, sitting back having some time for myself even if it’s just to watch a show uninterrupted is nice.
Reading - I have a nook and lots of books
with a cup of good coffee, and nice relaxing Celtic music in the background
either that or I kill things in whatever online game I’m jonesing over lately
Cry. It helps sometimes.
Destiny 2. I can drone on for hours and hours aimlessly there.
