@heartny Be careful if you try Sutab. It sounds seductive. You take 12 uncoated elephant pills and drink 3 (16oz) water bottles full of regular water. Do again the next day. The trouble is for some/many it causes absolutely horrific nausea (on par with the worst of chemo nausea). I’d suggest also taking an anti-nausea med in advance of each time (it is easier to prevent nausea than to get rid of it -learned that the hard way with chemo). The taste is better because it is just water although the side effects (besides what comes with what it is supposed to do) are worse than some of the preps I have had.
@capnjb@xobzoo HAHAHA one of my friends made brownies in a frying pan over a hot plate. Of course on camping trips you can “bake” in a covered frying pan over coals. I never tried her “brownies” (I don’t do that kind of stuff) but other friends said they were “good” brownies… I presumed “good” in both ways :laughing"
Barium sulfate. The thick liquid version for my swallow tests was the worst. Give me a barium rice krispy bar and I would have nailed it on the first try!
@capnjb I had forgotten about that - I agree with you on that. Although I wouldn’t mind if they kept it as the so called “liquid” but made it taste like a good milkshake.
Can’t modern science combine them all into one bar?
@awk A little like this?
I’m holding out for my daily exercise needs in a sugary chewy bar.
Chocolate is a chemical!
@andyw I came here to say that!
@andyw A dark, delicious, delicious chemical…
@Kidsandliz You’ve got to be fast here! I hooped I’d be the first comment, but missed it. Maybe next time.
Dopamine and/or serotonin
My calories.
Cold and cough medicine.
@hchavers Vaccines!
Migraine and/or hemorrhoid medicine would be good. For some of those, it would be a big improvement on the current delivery system.
Colonoscopy prep
@heartny Before my ostemy reversal I had to drink essentially a gallon of sea water. Not great.

Nobody has said “THC” yet?
@xobzoo I went to college. Those are already a thing.
@xobzoo Alice B. Toklas brownies

@capnjb Sure, but the question was what “would you most appreciate” — which doesn’t mean it has to be a new thing…
(For example, right now I would appreciate some ice cream. Though I wouldn’t in any way want it to to be in “chewy bar” form.)
