@sligett I do too. I was just saying to my wife Texas should fill trucks with water and truck them to Cali. @kdemo hopefully it all works out. I wasn't aware of the drought before hand that caused issues for Texas.
1 Texas rainwater filled balloon to be sent to a California companion of your choice. It probably won't survive the trip, but anything that results from sending thousands of gallons of water through the mail in a container designed to break on impact is worth at least $5 to me.
@ramalamahamjam - Ha ha Perfect! Send them by drone to drop over the almond orchards. (Apparently, it takes over a gallon of water to grow one almond.)
@KDemo I think California should ban almonds. I have a co-worker that refuses to buy California almonds. She gets them imported and saves 15% off of California ones
Disclaimer: The water is not potable, and this idea may (most likely) be very illegal. Wet delivery men and unpredictable environmental repercussions are probable.
@Willijs3 thanks. if you happen to work at meh, and can help me get a job there, I may be willing to part with it...probably not though. But seriously, hire me.
Yes, I hope all Amehricans in Texas are well.

@sohmageek Maybe they should put something else in the pipelines for a bit.
Idea for a meh deal next week...

@KDemo Yes..."extremely time consuming cleanup of non-biodegradable balloons..brough to you by Meh"
@KDemo "your almonds may get bigger, or get dead. It's hard to say, but that won't stop us."
@KDemo Think of the unemployed migrant workers it would take to clean that up???...Meh isn't irresponsible and reckless, just job creators :)
@ramalamahamjam -Wait a minute - I was envisioning biodegradable paper balloons! Instant mulch.
@KDemo Million. Dollar. Idea.

@sohmageek - I thought the same, until I came across several articles including this one from Gizmodo: http://gizmodo.com/seriously-stop-demonizing-almonds-1696065939 . Several crops use more water, but worst is alfalfa used for animal feed.

@ramalamahamjam I think your username might me the best one ever.

In the last exchange, I sent a box to Houston. Hoping @pyxientx is okay.
@pitamuffin I'm good. Busy helping with the clean up. Luckily I didn't get flooded. Thanks for asking.
@PyxienTX Happy to hear it. Good luck with the clean up.
