I miss Mad TV. We watch their Raging Rudolph Godfather skit every year during the holidays because it never gets old for us. I’ll have to post it on a separate thread soon.
@ShotgunX I got one of these on an earlier offer. I should have filmed my own Madden commercial the first time I used it. Flipping it over is pretty straightforward, but still should be practiced on a dry run before using it the first time. I also gave up on using the butter melting gimmick…for reasons. It does work great for making popcorn.
@bgammill Sorry, i meant to answer this earlier but got sidetracked. I can’t help with a recipe, but i can let uno that the temp approaches 500 degrees if preheated, and i think nuts are only supposed to be cooked at 300 degrees max to avoid the outside burning before the inside gets toasted. You’d prob want to stick with a heating method that you have more control over, since the Stir Crazy doesn’t have a temp knob.

Got one of these popcorn poppers in an irk. It makes great popcorn.
