Weird VMP Charges...wth?
2So I noticed yesterday that my VMP membership had expired and not auto-renewed. I found this odd so I went back through my emails that i get on renewel (debit card)...
Not that typically the charge is $5.00 + $0.41 in taxes (Thanks Texas). One month it was $5.00 even and one month they subtracted the taxes to get to $4.59??? I figured out why it hasn't autorenewed...new card with a new expiration date. No notice from Meh regarding the failure to charge.

You are an EMP!!!!! I don't remember the perks we made up for the last person to be an EMP... but you get all those plus more to be made up shortly!!!!
That's super weird. (The charges being different, not the other part.) When your card doesn't process, meh doesn't send an email - so that's not just you.
If you want to renew VMP before ordering - you can do that right at mediocre.com/VMP
I would definitely email meh.com/support and hit them up for why your VMP charges are wonky, though - that's worth looking into.
@Thumperchick If you want to renew VMP right before ordering, you can do it right on the order popup. Checkbox/radio button. No need to separately visit the VMP link.
And unless you believe another VMP freebie (socks) is around the corner, there is no reason (OK, forum config tweaks) to renew until you're ready to order.

maybe they're trying to make your average charge 5.00 despite the taxes? Weird for sure though.
