Wait, that's not my IRK!

So… I thought I was getting my IRK yesterday. Because of the PastaDrop shipping address fuckup, my Irk is being sent to my gf’s sister, recipient of said pasta drop. A few weeks ago she received 20 lbs of pasta. An appropriately abundant amount which totally screwed with her head. When she received it she thought it came from her son’s teacher as she was told the teacher was sending something to each kid. I think I’d love any teacher who jokingly sent every kid in their class 20 lbs of pasta. Anywhooo… we told her it was from me. Shock and amusement ensued and I expressed my desire for a large pasta dinner (which sadly hasn’t happened yet).

When my IRK shipped and I discovered it was also being sent to her address, I immediately texted her to let her know there was a box from meh coming with her name on it, but it’s mine and they screwed up. She has two kids that would have happily opened my Pandoras IRK box if they thought it was hers and we all know I couldn’t let that happen. I get a text yesterday saying my box had arrived. Yay! Hopped in the car and drove to her house, a convenient 10 minutes away. She opens the door and there’s a nice mid-sized box sitting there waiting for me. Wait, why does this box say PastaDrop all over it? I’m so confused. The IRK tracking said it was in her local post office earlier that day so this had to be it, right? I look at the tracking number on the box and to my amusement and her dismay, it matches the PastaDrop tracking from the earlier shipment. It’s another 20 lbs of spaghettini that super shitty Pitney Bowes must have lost in transit and finally managed to get delivered. I’m going to assume this was the last box and her grand total was 40 lbs of pasta (10 lbs of which went home with me). The tracking finally says Delivered. So here I wait, anxiously looking forward to my IRK delivery which -should- be today.

TL;DR: Gf’s sister received what she thought was my IRK but turned out to be yet another 20 lbs of pasta two weeks after her first shipment.
