VMP Leftovers/Last Call no longer?

One of the few remaining perks for VMP was that if we missed the midnight cut-off for items (that weren’t sold out), we could still place an order until a cutoff time of 6AM. Since the last Meh-rathon (and maybe prior), that option seems to have disappeared.
What is the deal-i-yo? Has VMP lost yet another sparkle from its mediocre shine?
