I also saw nothing but a lot of “Sold Out.” I don’t even know how many I saw & clicked on the very second they were posted & was through the Captchas as fast as the page loaded only to get the “Sold Out” response. Not sure what or how anyone could do differently to be successful even one time considering there were many many hundreds or thousands of IRKs sold in the last 48 hours.
Batting zero here. Yesterday, no amount of hovering on time plus speed of click could produce a score. Today, it was a combination of not seeing the clues until dead IRKS started showing up on on the bounce page, and then my life’s lousy timing kept me AFK at every one of the IRK plops after that. I wasn’t going to spend a bunch of effort on the games because what I saw was going to require talent and/or skillz I was sure I couldn’t match. I contributed the snark that I thought a few of the polls deserved, and the mehtrons probably didn’t appreciate some of it. (I have been having to do some Dealing With over an entirely unrelated situation, and my ability to be positively engaged and/or enthusiastic about anything will probably remain gone until at least Labor Day. And then the entire Fall threatens to be totally consumed by the life I thought I had retired from when the plague hit last year.)
@aaee I got two today and one yesterday-kept trying to look on morningsave to see if they had any there to complete the foursome. You can get one on each site once a day.

I missed out. I only checked the site occasionally today as I was out running errands for most of the day and missed the scavenger hunt. I’m sorry that missed it as it looked like fun. I’ve already planned a canning session for this weekend so don’t think I’ll have time to make a cake.
I would posit that most people experienced the same rate of success as you did, honestly. Everyone is after something that is in very limited supply, so most will lose out.
People get IRKed when they can’t get IRKS, so does that mean they really get an IRK, then if they get an IRK they are still IRKed because of the MEH in the IRK.

@cattylaq Maybe but the fun of receiving a box that you have no idea of the contents still is a feeling not to be missed. My wife knows when an IRK is coming as I keep looking at my watch, pace back and forth in front of the front door, open it frequently to see if it was arrived. And then if I am lucky enough to see the fedex truck from my office window, I know that instant gratification is only moments away.
I was clicking through sidedeals like there was no tomorrow (when I could) and still never managed to find an irk. All I saw was sold out. Was very disappointed. I did get to play the scavenger hunt for like an hour or so.
I have a lot going on, fathers been in the hospital for over week, he fell down the stairs and broke his neck in 3 places. I been there everyday with him. Thankful he isn’t paralyzed. So I’ve already won more than an irk is worth just by having my dad being okay in the long run.

Thanks, he just started rehab yesterday. They say it’s about a two week program and after that we’ll have to be with him at the house 24/7 for a while. He’s doing a lot better than I thought he’d be so I’m very happy for that.
My last box from June was pasta and trackers…one of the worst of the couple dozen I’ve gotten. Another IRK arrives tomorrow and I imagine more of the same…long way of saying don’t regret not getting regret

You have to make a total commitment to insanity and pledge that nothing else in your life matters to get massive quantities of IRKs.

I’ve been moving and only participated in the ink irks. I’m going try making a cake too if I can put my kitchen together
