Tortured Sims?
6I came across this Buzzfeed story:
http://www.buzzfeed.com/jamiejones/worst-things-gamers-have-done-in-the-sims#.lpkO7K95R
I think my favorites from that list are number 4, 6, 7, and 12.
I played Sims 1,2, and 3 but not any of the newer ones. I'm pretty sure the worst things I did included but were not limited to making them go to the bathroom and removing the door and making them swim and removing the ladder so they can't get out of the pool.
What's the worst thing you ever did to your Sims characters? Asking for a friend.

Aaaaaaand we're putting you on a watchlist.
If Sim ThemePark counts, my brother used to charge a ridiculous amount for people to use the bathrooms.
He made a killing on them, especially since he had food carts near the bathrooms...
Perhaps a simple question. Why wouldn't the sims simply just climb out of the pool? It's not hard to get over the side without a ladder.
@MrMark I guess that would depend on how deep and how full the pool is. If the whole thing is, say, double their height, but only filled to around a foot over their height or so, that could be tricky!
I think the key to uncovering sociopathic tendencies is presenting an individual with a scenario in which they're able to perpetrate untold atrocities without fear of personal repercussions or accountability.
@joelmw My ex-wife called that "marriage".
@Pavlov I call it just a regular Tuesday.
@joelmw in a game that is a healthy outlet. It's only the people who kill cats in real life that you have to worry about.
I never made them go to the bathroom and removed the door, but I definitely removed the toilet and forced them to pee themselves.... while they had friends over for a party.
Build small shed with fridge, toilet, bed, chair--everything a Sim would need to survive except entertainment.
Send victim to shed.
Remove door.
Put fireworks launcher in shed.
Wait for terminal boredom to override Sim's common sense.
