A Mediocre Corporation (“Mediocre”) will replace or refund (at Mediocre’s discretion and depending on product availability) damaged or defective items within the listed timeframe of the purchase date. (If no specific timeframe is listed, then the default is 90 days.) No warranty on batteries. If you misuse, abuse, or otherwise beat the crap out of an item, you’re on your own. Mediocre does not accept buyer’s remorse returns.

A MEDIOCRE CORPORATION DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF MEDIOCRE CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. MEDIOCRE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties or conditions, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
