I purchased the Swingline Laminator when it arrived you could see the side of the box was chewed up by rodents I ordered 5 Mil laminator sheets from Walmart made by Swingline ther were no screws holding down the top there was a wire dis connected and the machine does not work. you Start and you can wait and wait all it does say wait I wait almost two hours and it would just say wait. How do I get satisfaction?

How does this work if your VMP Membership is defective? Like it doesn’t work to get an additional 10% discount on Morningsave purchases?

@patti when I hover over your name, I am seeing that you have a Membership since December 2018, but you are not a VMP.
@Barney But what does that mean? Are they different? I pay Meh monthly.
@patti Yeah, they are different, your Membership gets you free shipping. VMP, which was originally offered and is now closed to new members, has a few extra bennies such as the 10% discount, some freebies now and then, and the all important VMP hour during IRKs.
(If someone is a VMP, you will see the letter V in a shield by their name).
@Barney Welp poo. They are different. I must have screwed up when my card expired because the billing is different. I was VMP from the start. Since I am no longer VMP then I don’t need this membership. I was wondering why I didn’t get the socks and other stuff members got. It looks like I must have let it lapse in July 2018 but didn’t add a new payment method until December 2018. Boooooo. Imma cancel my membership then. I’ve been paying for membership the past 18 months thinking I was VMP even though I don’t buy much anymore.
@Barney Unless they were Kickstarter I thought, that the K had a higher priority over the V. Shoot.
@patti Kickstarter is different from VMP. I haven’t seen anything extra for being a Kickstarter except for the dollar T-Shirt in the beginning and getting the K by my name.
If you cancel Membership, you will end up paying $5 for each purchase. That can add up if you end up buying a lot of stuff. Of course, you can cancel Membership and then purchase it again when you need it. Membership lasts for a month at a time.
@Barney I understand now. I was VMP for a while though so I was getting stuff until I guess it canceled. Based on my billing I let it lapse for 5 months. I kept what I thought was VMP because I thought I was supposed to be getting stuff and just never said anything because I honestly haven’t had the time. I went to use the VMP discount this week on morningsave and couldn’t and wrote to customer service. Now I know why. The 18 months I kept it I only placed 6 orders so I definitely wasted a stack of cash on it.

@mike808 Here’s something else that while it isn’t stuff, it is currently only VMP. I just noticed it today. If you go to contact support they have the beta (for VMP only) for listing your past support ticket exchanges. That could come in handy on occasion. For example I had a coupon I tried to use a while back, it didn’t work, and they issued a replacement. Now that will be quick and easy to find.

I never asked for help here anyway. I commented about the lack of tangible stuff (as in taxable goods) that Meh has given to the OG VMPs, as opposed to intangible virtual benefits like coupon codes and discounts and VMP hours during Mehrathons. I’m not saying they aren’t valuable, Im saying they aren’t “stuff” that requires shipping.

this HI Tec backpack is way too small for use by us. Can it be returned? Will I get either a credit or my money back?
@mikedrz I am not customer service but I know that they rarely if ever do that. However , this time of year a ton of schools are doing drives so that kids who can not afford backpacks and school suppies have them. I suggest you donate the backpack to one of those drives and some kid will love it. Then you get to feel great about yourself for the rest of the week.

hello, hope everyone is doing well. i am new to meh. i recently made my first purchase. it was listed as “new”. i received a “used” non functioning item. i submitted a support request, but after a day or 2 it was no longer showing up in my account and i never received a response. i resubmitted the support request and again after a couple of days my support request disappeared without a response. there doesnt seem to be any other way to contact anyone for help. is meh known to be a shady site or is there some sort of technical issue with the site? any advice would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

@sbram75 as for the site being shady, no. I’ve been here since 2016 and they take care of their customers, but sometimes response is a little slow.
@RiotDemon Thanks for the feedback! No the support tickets didn’t show up there either. I did get a reply from support today, apparently they were responding but the tickets were being posted to a partner site by mistake that’s why they didn’t show up here. All good now. Thanks again!
A word of warning… don’t do what I did and put aside a box of supposedly 2 car chargers (of higher watts for phones that needed that) for christmas presents, open the box christmas eve to wrap and discover there was only one in there and not two (so I had to scramble at the last minute as well for a christmas present and ended up giving my personal one since it looked new, now I have none). I contacted support and was told I was too late to have anything done about it, I was out of luck. So check out everything you buy as soon as you get it so you don’t end up out the money/product because you waited too long.
