Lowes isn’t doing anything that a lot of other companies haven’t already done (for years). It sucks but its by no means new. In some cases the current employees were forced to train their replacements…

Expect more problems. And it won’t surprise me if there’s news down the road of security breaches and customer information being stolen.

- @cranky1950 I have concluded it is a solution to poverty and the soon to be increased SS and medicare payments for the Boomers (never mind that most of us have paid into that our entire life already) that the rich with empathy lobotomies thinks is useful since we are, of course, all lazy bums, bad stuff happens to people who deserve it and it doesn’t matter that you have worked since you were 14, you had it coming so tough luck. While we are at it we will starve you to death too. Attribution error at its finest, not to mention it doesn’t affect any of those who are making the rules. As others have set, bet they’d sing a different tune if they had the same kind of insurance the rest of us did and weren’t exempt from the rules.
  
  That 800% in premiums that the houses dreamed up means my health insurance will go from $1119.19 mo (not counting the $6000 out of pocket/deductible to $8953.52/mo - that would be a MONTH. Seriously? And a $4500 tax credit is supposed to help? To think I paid into health insurance for years and years and almost never used it (actually most years didn’t use it at all except flu shots and occasional check ups as I was never almost never got sick until cancer). Clearly they don’t understand how health insurance is supposed to work. Welcome to no health insurance with a cancer with no cure. What fun. Yup they sure care about all of us in Mehrica.
