@gr8mick1 They left out their quantity pricing. If you order two, you’ll see $19.99 each at the top of the form, but the shirts will be listed at $14.99 each in the order summary at the bottom.
Somebody oughta point this out to the marketing crew.
I’m not a huge Godzilla fan, but these are great designs and I wanted to support t-shirts on Meh (which has supplied 90% of my wardrobe). Already sold out of XL?! Bah!
@NapkinEater Why? They already have a website for shirts. They charge too much. I have not bought any since the price went up shortly after launch. I do like the designs though. Maybe I have an infinitely small chance of getting one as the random I bought during the Mehrathon?
@NapkinEater@ponagathos
This is me NOT being very supportive of meh, BUT HEY, what have THEY done for ME lately?
Over at @pigboom website (the links in Meh’s discription) they’re selling these for ONLY $13 with FREE SHIPPING! And THEY have the XL!
YOU’RE WELCOME, VERY WELCOME!
@Lynnerizer@NapkinEater@pigboom@ponagathos looks like XL is available in the second design, bit not the first. Not sure why because I thought these were usually produced after ordering.
I suppose I could get one in L; I am usually between sizes and some XLs are huge. But my last L shirt was way too tight and must have been the Athleticcut and not the Pandemiccut.
@Lynnerizer@NapkinEater@pigboom@ponagathos There is really good DTG equipment that does screen-print quality output, but it’s fecking expensive and a bit slow. Affordable DTG makes a variably crummy shirt. Some are just meh, others use inks that stink of acetic acid and never stop being sticky. All of these factors are reasons why I don’t have a DTG setup.

Mediocritee shirts are now available over at https://sidedeal.com/events/mediocritee
and we’ll be launching new shirts (and past best sellers) over at https://meh.com
Our hope with mediocritee.com was that we could bring in a new audience and build a distinct community, but the reality is we’ve got a great community and sizable audience over at Meh (and a growing audience at SideDeal), and it just makes more sense to share the artists’ awesome work to the largest audience we can.”

@werehatrack A lot slower and yep, the cost per print is really really up there. For high volume production, they’re not feasible. Even for low volume, like replacement orders, it might not be feasible with the low margins nowadays.
Woot/Amazon uses Kornit Avalanche printers. I still feel the print issues still boil down to the operators not keeping up with issues. If the pretreatment spray isn’t laying down properly, print durability will suffer.
@joe1098 actually I liked the fabric most of the time but I think there were several suppliers over the years so you couldn’t be sure what fabric and sizing you would get.
@joe1098@pmarin Unless they go with the sturdy but stiff old-school Gildan 2000 or Hanes 5250 or some other old-style 6oz-nominal-weight blanks of a style that is likely to still be around next month, shirt printers are pretty much forced to change styles of blanks periodically. It got way worse when Gildan borged Anvil and Alstyle, while Russell ate Fruit and Jerzees, with discontinances of once-ubiquitous styles that competed with the bigger outfit’s cash cows. It got really bad during the plague, when the distributors were running out of everything. Now it just sucks to be us.

Seems like @medz needs some Medz to take off the bitter edge this fine morning…
These designs are a blast.
I was hoping for an Easter Meh day.

@mediocrebot @heartny
Catzalta. A new kaiju? From Cattacuza?
@heartny @Kyeh I heard Cattacuza is lovely this time of year!
@Kyeh Perhaps. If that’s true, it’s bigger than ship. Conquers it’s enemies with hairballs.
@heartny It looks like its tail has a menacing little head on it too!
@Kyeh I noticed that too. Perhaps waving the Cattacuza flag?
@heartny Actual Catzilla shirts are out there.

@Lynnerizer watchoo talkin bout Willis? I see $25 on pigboom.
@Lynnerizer @NapkinEater @ponagathos Oh hi, the difference is the printing method. that $13 tee is printed using DTG, while on Meh it is screen printed.

@ponagathos the t-shirt site was decommissioned a week or so ago. I think that’s why we’re getting more shirts on Meh.
@NapkinEater @ponagathos Meh will be even more meh now…

The writeup was spot on today
Are these shirts the same cheap mediocre fabric from that previous website or ???

I like the animated clicky face today.
@Kyeh I came here to say that.
@Kidsandliz I think they should animate them more often!
I’m not going to get used to the tshirts being on Meh.com, I liked it better when they had their own site and I had a couple days to decide.
