Who else watched the finale? That show has brought so many laughs over the years. Brilliant writing, wonderful cast. The finale was just about perfect. Very sweet, without going overboard as so many other shows have done. I’m very much going to miss it.

What a great finish!! Absolutely loved it. They treated it (and us) well. Plus they get to live happily ever after.

And after, and after, ad infinitum on reruns!

I haven’t watched it yet but I’m sad it’s done! Love that show.
I even dreamt a week or two ago that my husband was leaving me for a friend’s sister (have no idea if even exists) but I had been secretly dating Leonard so I was feeling not as sad. Pretty weird dream.

- @JnKL Nope. Stayed up there at the top of the ratings right to the very end. It didn’t end because people stopped watching. It ended primarily because Jim Parsons decided to move on from playing Sheldon. The producers felt it was just the right time to say goodbye instead of reworking the show without him. Always go out on top!

others on the internet got their knickers in a twist about the revelation of Penny being Preggo. (people upset on the internet? I Know!) saying things about how it was a slap in the face to her character who had insisted that she never wanted to have kids.(also reading into it a political statement, in that she didn’t run right out and get an abortion immediately)

because no woman who didn’t want kids has EVER gotten accidentally pregnant, and decided to keep the kid…especially one in a happy marriage…
In fact I’m almost sure that has never happened… what will those wacky writers come up with next?

- @earlyre me and my husband were also quite saddened to watch that also. I wish they’d have stuck to her not wanting kids. Pissed me off!!

Loved it! This is one of the rare shows I’ve watched as it airs. So glad the show ended without the story ending. They just go on with their lives without us watching.
They were fun to watch on Stephen Colbert too. I haven’t seen Unraveling the Mystery yet.

Haven’t seen it for years since they refused to stream it. I really wanted to see it. But they refused to make it available. Hopefully now that it’s over they’ll stop being dicks

Was in the thrift store today. They had a big bang shirt with Warm Kitty, etc. on it. Was an XL and so too big or I would have been tempted. Maybe 99 cents? I forget now.

about a year ago, i was perusing my local goodwill, and not only was there the Rock,Paper,Scissors,Lizard,Spock shirt i had been eyeballing on think geek for years, but it was in MY SIZE! (3X!)
need to see where that shirt ended up…
i’ve not seen it in the closet in a while…
