“The average U.S. household (2.6 people) uses 409 equivalized regular rolls per year. Using our own calculations, staying at home 24-7 would result in ~140% increase vs. average daily usage,” a spokesman told TODAY in an email.
“Therefore, to last approximately 2 weeks, a 2-person household would need ~9 double rolls, or ~5 mega rolls. A 4-person household would need ~17 double rolls, or~ 9 mega rolls to last approximately 2 weeks.”
If you’re changing the roll that often please see a doctor when this is over.

So how many businesses gave employees a raise due to the 41% decrease in costs from not having to provide that TP at work?
@mike808 none. If you work from home they don’t give you anything extra and barely give you what you need to do your job. Most likely with constant waffling and or threats to make you work in an office when none exisist in a 1000 miles
@mike808 I mean, I imagine tp bought at the volumes they buy it in is dirt cheap, so the raise would be like, a dollar a week
@mike808 @unksol
I think I am one of the actually lucky ones. While I didn’t get a raise, I do have everything I need to be productive at home. I have my work laptop, docking station, and three monitors I brought home from the office.
@mike808 for the record. This was not
A corporate outrage. Who is using more than a roll a week? That concept hurts my head.
I’m always up for shipping a pack if someone needs and will share
Just who uses that much in general
Apparently not all sites can be embedded here, but my children shared this video with me:
