I have one of these from the last time they were on Meh! Here’s everything I could possibly share.
I had a real hard time getting it to connect to my wifi. What finally worked is that my router need to be in WPA2-PSK[TKIP]. Customer service/documentation was non-existent so I am over here doing gods work sharing the knowledge for future generations.
The app has some typos, but it’s pretty easy to use. The robot can navigate really well, jumping itself up pretty high to get over the threshold to a room. The ledge detection works perfectly. I’m still impressed with how it tackles my bathroom mats because they’re on the fluffy side. I will say it has trouble with the back of my Poang so it just sort of humps the chair for awhile.
The app’s forbidden area options are nice and the robot respects them. This was helpful for me because the robot kept getting stuck under my couch and then I would hear the nice lady’s voice explaining that the robot had issues, please help the robot. The app does send you an alert when it’s stuck as well, so if you don’t hear her you do get notified.
@weintdm1 you should be able to click “forbidden edit” in the lower right of the app, and then click either mop forbidden or mop + sweep. It will populate a square that you can move and reshape to fit the space. Then click save.
@mbersiam Yeah, funny how the IRK qualifying purchase isn’t $99.99, huh? I don’t intend on buying anything on principle, so thanks, Meh, for saving me money!
@mbersiam@troy Thank your for updating that on the product page, but occurred to me that anyone who needs to purchase several items to get to the qualifying purchase might get to a total of $99 & change, so ideally, the qualifying purchase should be $99+, to make it less confusing…? Although it might be a little late for that!

1x Tacklife S10 Pro Robotic Vacuum Cleaner With Mop, WiFi, and Lidar Navigation
Got one of these some months back. It’s not without it’s glitches (sometimes the positioning goofs and I gotta restart the clean), but in general I think it’s a great deal on a Lidar vacuum for the money.
I paid about $20-30 more than this I think. It maps out your floor and all that and you can divide up the rooms and tell it where to clean. Simple mop attachment is “meh”, but neat to have I guess. Wish voice controls allowed more than clean/stop, but can’t figure out any more than that.

I haven’t used the mop yet so no feedback there.
That’s everything I can think of right now.
How did you get forbidden areas to work? I was unable to, and found Tacklife’s support to be non-existent.

@heyitslauren do you know if it must be connected to wifi to work? Thank you for all the info!
@mattykillpatty ooh, I don’t. Maybe I’ll cut the wifi and see if it still works.
So if I bought this I’d still have to buy one more thing to get to $100 for a free irk on sidedeal
@mbersiam Yeah, funny how the IRK qualifying purchase isn’t $99.99, huh? I don’t intend on buying anything on principle, so thanks, Meh, for saving me money!
@ircon96 @mbersiam We will honor the discount for $99.99 and above, no worries!
@troy How long after purchase will Side Deal update to show the 50 off?
@mbersiam @troy Thank your for updating that on the product page, but occurred to me that anyone who needs to purchase several items to get to the qualifying purchase might get to a total of $99 & change, so ideally, the qualifying purchase should be $99+, to make it less confusing…? this looks a lot and i mean A LOT like a roborock S4 knockoff - can anyone confirm?
Isn’t 2000 Pa somewhat low for one of these?
I first read that as “Pro Biotic”
