Support Tickets Useless?

Anyone else had issue with submitting support tickets and never getting a response? I just submitted my third ticket because I haven’t heard anything back in weeks from the other 2. When I log into my account there doesn’t show any support tickets associated with my account despite creating them while logged in.

I always get a response within a day or two unless their really busy.

Always have had a quick response from Meh. One did go to the spam folder first, so it took me a day to get it.
