how you gonna sous vide with these? no one way valve, and water displacement technique isn’t going to work well with silicone pouches that are probably 20x thicker than ziploc
@thechinglish The 64oz 1/2 gallon work great for sous vide. Water displacement isn’t an issue. Turn them inside out and place in dishwasher for easy cleanup.
@hchavers I use a scrub daddy sponge with warm soap & water then put them upside down on a drying rack with the rest of the dishes to dry… I like them.
“sandwich raspberry”

Who the heck puts raspberries in their sandwiches?
Must be something from Gwyneth Paltrow (you know, the “smells like my raspberry” person).
I’ve gotten two of these bundles from SideDeal. Not in need of a third set, but they have helped my family cut down on single use plastic bags/wrap since we mostly make lunches to go for work. The pink sandwich bags are big enough for the smaller size pre-sliced bread as a sandwich; for heartier sandwiches I opt for the larger blue bag.

Worst part about these is the store less than you would think because they have no depth
@Cerridwyn Two-dimensional bags? Larger ones would be great for carry-on.
How do you wash and dry these?

@katbyter That’s how they can afford free shipping.

Also worth mentioning that the large size gets the most use by far!
