Every time I click ‘buy’, I get ‘something went terribly wrong’ and I can’t get to the buy screen. I get the same thing when I try to send an email. Help, please.
@OldCatLady I’m happy to hear it’s not on our end and you can get things working with another device. Not sure what the next best step would be for the phone, but if possible you might be able to uninstall browser updates and reinstall or even put Firefox on there and see how that works.
@wifeduck I wish it was only 30 seconds long so the song could be my ring tone on my phone. Some years back someone put it in a format that could be used for that but it was still about 4 seconds too long. I’d imagine there is a way to ever so slightly speed it up but whether or not there is free software to do so I have no idea.
I’m sorry to hear the site is giving you trouble. Could you try it on another device? I’m not seeing anything wrong with your account on our end.
@ExtraMedium Android, cache clearing did zip. Other devices have no problem. The phone is 3 years old, and it’s having a toddler tantrum.

Did you ever get this straightened out?
I can buy on other devices. Cache clearing did nothing. I believe I need a new phone.
@OldCatLady what browser are you using? Built in? Chrome? Did you try a different one?
When you say “send an email” do you mean the contact support/I need help with this bit?
Trying to think what a browser could block that would interfere…
On a side note unrelated to your problem, this song is my favorite…I always sing it when something goes wrong in real life.
