I got two of these in my last IRK. I kinda like them! Perfect to wear while walking the dog, and I’ve also been using them on Zoom calls because I can tuck the wire around the back of my head so they’re barely noticeable.
@dimwittedanimal The bluetooth connection hasn’t had any problems (though that’s not saying much, because I never get too far from my phone or computer in the first place).
And the audio has been plenty clear for my needs… But to be fair, I only use them for podcasts and conference calls, so I don’t know how they handle the higher and lower frequencies if you were to listen to music. Gimme a few minutes and I’ll give them a check on some songs.
What do you expect to see American junk already? Of course not. These aren’t going to be some name brand quality Bluetooth ear plugs yet I’m sure for someone who wants to listen to some music or answer calls. Using these if on a budget I’m sure they work just don’t drop or leave them laying around for a toddler to play with and you should get your moneys worth. Just not for me. Pass
These are great! I bought a pair at TJ Maxx a few months ago and they are a lot better than I thought they would be. They are really lightweight, the sound is really good, they connect quickly and easily, and they are comfortable. I just bought another set.
Bought 2 of these last round. Had to call for a replacement out of the box. Then had one of those break a week later in the same spot.
Right were the piece that goes over the ear connects to the headphone snaps.
Very lightweight but dont hold a charge very well.
Wont take much of a beating as the over the ear is very flexible.
I would give a 4 of 10 for sound and a 2 of 10 for durability.
Got a 2 pack of these back in Feb. Pretty much as expected for the price. They are great for youngsters or as a backup pair. I wear then when doing outdoor work. Plus, I’m not afraid to lose or damage them. Much rather be out $5 as $75 for my JBL’s.
I own six pairs of these. I got my first two on a deal here a few months back. I’d been searching for headphones that don’t come loose when I’m working out on the elliptical machine at the gym. These passed the test, and I figured they won’t last forever, so I went to morningsave and bought two more two-packs to stock up.
Then COVID-19 hit and the governor closed my gym to save my life. Fair trade.
The sound is adequate for the circumstances, and they hold in place, and my sweaty earcanals haven’t killed them.
Got these last week in my mystery bag from morningsave.com! They’re fine for my needs of listening to YouTube or streaming tv shows. The one thing that is a real bummer about them is they can’t be charged while using them. That really stinks for me! They came just at the right time cuz my others just broke. Good for a backup pair for sure!
Re-Fuel waste-o-money (shit sound, the rest is irrelevant)
I own a lot more Meh headphones than these, but since these were the most recent I figured they’d be the most useful for comparison (although there’s only 12 minutes left so, so I guess this was pointless after all).
*I justify buying shitloads of different cheap BT headphones by characterizing it as an investment for the day I stop losing them everywhere and become grown-up enough to buy a good pair–plus, if I buy 4-pack of these, it will reduce the cost of my initial pair on April 15 ($8) to a $5.20 average! Not bad, really. Right?
Stuck at Pitney Bowes for 3 weeks…come on meh…find a better company to handle your packages. then like magic, they arrive! Sound is a little tinny…but they stay in place and are reasonably comfortable. That’s saying something. If you’re having trouble pairing…turn your phone off and then on…bought two pair since at that price I can’t imagine they’ll last too long. Good for YouTube and basic Britbox TV…not good for my garden disco music!
