In this particular case, it means that while we shipped the order, it didn’t show movement for some reason. I also sent you a message with a coupon code in it.

@Thumperchick Thank you for the quick response. I’ve been looking at the tracking, but as you said, no movement, and I never received anything. I just wrote it off as how it was explained there would be extra delays for all of these orders. How big of an issue was that, or was it just mine or a few orders?
