Tell us what you really think of their products. Lol
Actually, I’m not familiar with their stuff but if something is meant to take scum off a bathtub I’d be afraid to try it on my face. Lol
@Lynnerizer@werehatrack I haven’t tried this particular product, but I’ve seen other items, & reviews of their offerings, that were less than impressive. For any tough cleaning jobs, i would think the brushes that attach to a drill, like the ones in the most recent Mehrathon, would be much more effective. Of course, depending on the job & the power of your drill, you might need to wear goggles & a Tyvek suit.

Now that I finally have one of those Spin Scrubber things (@Kidsandliz sent me one for the cost of shipping) I think I’m all set in this department. Unfortunately, I can’t comment about it because (even though I wanted one of those things FOREVER) I/we still haven’t tried it.
@chienfou@Lynnerizer That’s assuming you can trust their claims of water resistance. At $30, some people might be willing to take the chance to try it out; and, even if it doesn’t turn out to be very heavy-duty, it might be okay for lighter jobs.
As seen on TV! I thought the bulbhead stuff was only available direct, and always limited due to supply chain issues and other made-up buy-now incentives. Great little jingle, tho.
@stolicat Yes! They’re SO strict about that, eh? You’re right, if i didn’t know what they were up to, the jingle would make me think they’re fun & innocent! Lol
@Lynnerizer@stolicat Nothing earth-shattering, just your run-of-the-mill infomercial shysters. You know, the kind that overpromise & underdeliver, then fulfill their “money-back guarantee” by charging you as much as the original cost to return it.
While I don’t have this brand I have a very similar product that I generally use to scrub down the tiles in the walk-in shower I built. It does a great job and makes it a lot easier.
@chienfou While the RPMs sound impressive, given this brand’s spotty reputation, I’m guessing it probably bogs down if you apply any pressure to it, so it may not be very effective at tough jobs. I’ve never tried the paste, either, but i wouldn’t expect it to be powerful enough to overcome the scrubber’s potential drawbacks. I guess what I’m saying is, depending on how much you’d miss $30, caveat emptor.

Will this remove unsightly blemishes from my face?
@werehatrack Better be careful, sounds like it might remove your face itself!
🫣
@Lynnerizer @werehatrack Since it’s a Bulbhead product, you could probably wash a baby’s face with it & it wouldn’t even remove the applesauce residue.

The fact these are very water resistant makes them great for use in the shower or around other wet surfaces.
