That is something I typically never do. Either due to time, money, schedule etc. Wish I could though that’d be nice. I end up spending most of my time cheering other people on.
Spending quality time with my cat, having a small amount of alone time to go to the store or watch Netflix. Going out for a cup of coffee with friends. Small things, nothing major–just things that help realign sanity.
It’s just me and the dogs, so much of what I do is just for me. Some of them include: taking art classes; making a special place for reading and using it every day; gifting myself with a massage, facial, hair care and/or pedicure every couple of months; going to craft fairs and farmers’ markets and buying fancy teas, homeopathic skin care products, home made sauces and jellies and locally grown produce. I go to the beauty school for my “spa days” which saves money and helps out the students. Buying products at the craft and farm markets helps to support local artisans and farms. So I get a double whammy on those. About a month ago I decided to really do something for myself and started a keto diet. It has made a big difference, increasing my energy and outlook, decreasing depression, fatigue and pain.
I can’t think of a thing other than hugging my GSDs. I usually defer to whatever everyone else wants to do. I live in Tampa and LOVE the sun and beach but haven’t seen the ocean in over a year. I seem to have let go most of what I loved…playing 12string guitar, shooting pool, rollerskating outdoors, I was young and fun. Now I’m old and lame. Life is awesome
Take a road trip every weekend some where instate or close enough out of state. 3- day weekends every weekend. Love checking out the smaller towns in Arizona. It’s good to see what beautiful places and unique people call this state home. I see alot, learn alot, eat out at a local place and meet the most interesting people.

@Targaryen we want you cheered on as well. Go @targaryen you can do it.
Manscaping my nethers. Nobody appreciates it these days, but it makes me feel nice and more confident.
@medz “before” pic
@llangley @medz without the bushes, the deck definitely looks larger

@AZnatural1 That’s awesome! I used to do this a lot in Washington. Find some of the best food and coolest places in small towns.
Sleep.
It must be just for me. My wife claims I’m not doing it for her sake
