Saison Brew Battle Judging & @JonT's Farewell Toast

Hey y'all,

Quite a while back @marklog started up a thread for a Saison Homebrew Battle and today seems like a great time to finally judge our entrants.

We'll be starting a Periscope in a few minutes and judging brews from @marklog, @evbarnstormer, @nigelf, and @bluebeatpete!

I'll also be raising my glass to the community in appreciation for being so awesome during my time here.

fyi @moose mine was stylistically correct being hoppy. It used low acid hops so it has a pronounced hop note, but not bitter like an IPA.
It had a hint of ginger and cardamom. It also had some rye malt that made it cloudy-no wheat in there.
Saison's should be light and dry and refreshing.
